This must be considered when installing the machine, otherwise it is troublesome to move again after installation, and it is not cost-effective from an economic point of view. The layout of the machine should start with the utilization rate of space, and the best effect of space can be achieved only by reasonable layout according to the utilization rate. As shown in Figure 5.1, how to determine the position of the machine in this space

1. Feida part. Feida is the place where the paper is loaded on the printing machine, and it is also the place that is often adjusted during the operation. This place must be reserved for paper loading space and adjustment. From the perspective of paper loading, if the paper is loaded manually, the distance (a) between the walls should be at least greater than the length of the long side of the paper (b). However, considering the convenience of handling, a should be appropriately larger than B. With 543mm × Take the paper of 781mm (double width) as an example, if B = 781mm, then a = B + C, and C is a variable value. Considering the factors such as turning around, C should be two-thirds of B, that is, C = B? 2/3。 So there is a = 781 + 781? 2/3 = 1300mm (the paper size changes, and a changes with it). This is the minimum distance for manual paper loading. When loading paper with a paper cart, the length of the paper cart and its unique charm should be considered. 4. The above requirements are not applicable to the space required for the push and pull of the connecting link. The length of the paper cart is generally about 1.2m, and the space required by the paper cart to pull paper is about two-thirds of its length, that is, 0.8m. So there is a = 1.20 + 0.8 = 2.0m (the length of the paper cart changes, and a changes accordingly). The adjustment of the flying place can be carried out in the space left above, and there is no need to leave a special space

2. Operation surface. The operating surface is the place where the operators can walk back and forth more appropriately and have the most direct contact with human skin, including observing the troubleshooting of water and ink, cleaning the machine, etc. the utilization rate of this surface is quite high. In addition, the operation surface also needs to stack semi-finished products or paper, ink, antique cloth and other materials required for printing, paper table, waste paper basket and other auxiliary parts for printing. The minimum distance between this side and the wall should be 2.20M (the maximum paper table length + the space required for the operator to walk back and forth). If possible, the greater the distance

3. Paper receiving section. The paper receiving part is the place where the samples are taken and the ink color is observed most. Generally, the paper receiving part is equipped with operation buttons, so it is also the place where the operation is most frequent. The printed paper is usually pulled out by the paper cart. From this point of view, the distance between the paper receiving part and the wallboard should also be greater than 2.0m. In addition, the paper receiving part also needs to leave a place for the sample viewing platform, but the sample viewing platform is generally placed at the corner of the wall, which has little impact on the distance between the paper receiving part and the wall

4. Transmission surface. The transmission surface is the place where operators walk least, but it is often used more in maintenance. From the perspective of maintenance, at least a place for withdrawing the pedal and turning of maintenance personnel should be reserved. Generally, the distance between this face and the wall is about 1.5m

5. On the machine. The machine is mainly used for placing lights, and of course, there is room for people to operate on the machine. At present, the height of general equipment is about 2m, and it is enough to leave 1m space above the machine. From the above analysis, it can be seen that the utilization rate of the Feida part, the operation surface and the paper receiving part is relatively high, while the utilization rate of the transmission surface and the top of the machine is relatively low

places with high utilization should be laid out from the perspective of the most convenient operation, and places with low utilization should be laid out from the perspective of operational feasibility (that is, as long as it can be operated). The layout of the machine is generally operated facing the door of the room, so it is convenient to pull and load paper, and it looks beautiful

if a plastic granulator on the market with a length of 8m, a width of 2M and a height of 2m is installed, which constitutes an electric heating based printing machine, the paper on the paper pulling car and the paper pulling machine with a length of 1.2m

Room length =2+8+2=12m

Room width 2+2.2+1.5=5.7m

Room height =2+1=3m

that is, the space of the room is 12 × five point seven × 3M, the layout of the machine is shown in the figure (only the plan is drawn)

practice has proved that the above layout is feasible, and different machines can participate in this requirement. Due to the highest utilization rate of the paper receiving part, try to leave the largest operating space for the paper receiving part under possible conditions. When the two machines are placed in a row, the paper receiving parts are generally opposite, so that the operation space can be maximized. Few of the two machines fly to the opposite parts
